Project team

The PARADE project brings together excellent and complementary expertise from different perspectives of recycling and reuse. The members of the project team contribute with expertise of recycling (VTT, VITO), demolition practices (VCB, VITO), reuse of steel (VTT, KU Leuven, TU Kosice), hazardous substances (VTT, VCB), legislation (VTT) and also knowledge in education (KU Leuven, TU Kosice) and industrial aspects in waste management (VTT & VITO).

PARADE project is supported by a stakeholder group representing several stakeholders in the value chain, including

- EDA (European Demolition Association): leading platform for national demolition associations, demolition contractors and suppliers.

- OVAM (Openbare Vlaamse Afvalstoffenmaatschappij): Flemish waste agency. Government agency responsible for the management of waste, materials and soil.

- Winto: Consulting services in circular economy and waste management.
